To access a reprint of the 1786 General Minutes Recalling Baltimore’s Christmas Conference 1784 was the founding of the U.S. Church.
The next year, in the first General Minutes of the new Independent Church preserved are the Official Minutes. The current Journal still carries Conference Actions on Clergy Relations, Memoirs, Appointment Lists (Redstone Circuit), Statistical Tables with both Membership (including Racial Identification) and Financial Information, Pensions (though self funded) and Higher Education (Cokesbury College).
