When? July 5-10, 2009
Where? University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown
What is it? A six day mission event for students 6-12 grade. Students can experience the Love of God through them, as they become His hands and feet during the week of uth 4 missions.

The purpose of this event is to identify and further equip and empower young adults and those who share in ministry with them so that they can return to their annual conference and strengthen congregational and conference young adult ministry efforts. This training event is for those involved with, passionate about, or seeking to know more about Young Adult Ministry. This event is sponsored by the Northeast Jurisdiction of the United Methodist Church.

Mission Discovery- Focus on Darfur
Mission Discovery focuses on community service - this year we're helping Youth act in the local community while keeping an eye on world events.
With that in mind, our days will be busy with building projects or teaching Bible school, and our evenings will be filled with fun, games, worship, and learning from special guest leaders who share their global knowledge of the Dudan region and the world-wide impact of the situation in Darfur.
